We are hiring for a company which is a pioneering space technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems for small satellites. They are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. Their clients across the US, Europe, and Asia trust us to design and deliver high-performance, precision-engineered propulsion systems that push technological boundaries while meeting demanding timelines and budgets. They made history in 2019 and 2020 with the world’s first in-orbit demonstrations of a unique state-of-the-art fueled electric propulsion systems. Today, they are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.

To support this transition, we are recruiting a Head of Production to lead the scale-up of their manufacturing operations.

You will take full ownership of the production line of their NPT30-I2 system, our flagship electric propulsion solution. Your first objective will be to increase capacity to 25 then 40 units per month, while maintaining the stringent quality standards required for launch and in-space performance. In parallel, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to set up the industrial blueprint for our upcoming JPT150 system, and establish the production line for this new product.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the scale-up of production capacity for the NPT30-I2 system, with full responsibility for lead time, quality, and cost.
  • Grow and structure a high-performing production team, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth industrialization of the JPT150 system.
  • Implement and optimize production processes, flows, and tools, including documentation and traceability.
  • Define and track production OKRs and KPIs, and report regularly to the management team.
  • Take part in production-related client discussions, including audits and non-conformity investigations.

Skills and qualifications:

  • You have a proven track record in scaling production in a deep-tech or industrial environment (space, aerospace, automotive, hardware tech, etc.).
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team, and enjoy turning complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, and are driven by results, quality, and team development.
  • Experience with space-grade hardware or high-reliability components is a strong plus.
  • You speak French fluently and master business English

For more than ten years, I’ve been driven by one idea — the future of Space and Defense depends on the people behind it. My career began in technical recruitment, where I had the privilege to hire engineers designing cutting-edge systems for aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

Co-founding Demexios was a natural next step: a way to transform my industry knowledge and relationships into a dedicated structure that helps clients recruit faster, smarter, and with strategic alignment.
Over time, I built long-term partnerships with companies leading technological sovereignty — from NewSpace startups developing electric propulsion to defense integrators modernizing tactical and surveillance systems. These collaborations allowed me to form a powerful network of decision-makers, project leaders, and experts who now trust Demexios to deliver when precision truly matters.
Today, my role is not just to connect candidates and companies — it’s to ensure that every hire strengthens our clients projects.

I’ve built my career in sales and recruitment across several industries space, tech, healthcare, and defense. I’ve always been drawn to innovation and the talented people who turn ideas into reality. Over the years, I’ve learned how much a motivated and skilled team can define a company’s success and how the right people will shape the future of the New Space and defense industries.

My international background has allowed me to work with both startups and global organizations, helping them identify individuals who truly fit their culture and business goals. This combination of experience in technology and talent acquisition naturally led to the creation of Demexios.

At Demexios, our mission is simple: to connect experts with the companies that need their skills particularly in the defense and space sectors. I firmly believe that no ambitious project can succeed without a skilled and cohesive team driving it forward.

My commitment is to be a trusted partner for our clients, supporting them step by step in building strong, high-performing teams that deliver tangible results whether their ambitions lie on Earth or beyond.
