Your Mission & Challenges
You’ll join a team of 7 developers responsible for building and evolving both internal and customer-facing web applications.
You’ll be part of the Engineering department, which includes four divisions: Frontend, Backend, AI, and Data. The Web Team is one of three teams under the Frontend division, alongside our iOS and Android teams.
As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the roadmap. You’re curious by nature, constantly evaluating your technical ecosystem’s strengths and limitations. You value communication, knowledge-sharing, and believe they’re key ingredients for team success.
Your Core Responsibilities
Impactful Delivery
- Participate in all project phases — from design to outcome analysis
- Build high-quality, reusable, and scalable components
- Contribute proactively by offering feedback and sharing your ideas
- Ensure codebase consistency, scalability, and stability, aligning with product and business needs
- Review pull requests to maintain high coding standards
- Monitor and improve production performance
Tactical Exploration
- Design lean solutions for specific internal needs
- Prototype ideas and showcase demos to explore new frameworks
Team Enablement
- Mentor teammates through pair programming and code reviews
- Anticipate potential technical challenges within the next 6–12 months
- Drive roadmap discussions to address future tech concerns
- Share your findings and tech watch insights with the team

About You :
Background
- At least 5 years of experience as a Web Developer using React (or similar frameworks)
- Experience with Next.js is a strong plus
