Headhunter and HR manager for Space and Defense companies for more than 10 years.

Being from Toulouse and coming from a family closely connected to the French Navy, I’ve built my career in Defense recruitment across France, Germany, Finland, the UK, and the US. I’ve worked both as a headhunter and as an HR Manager for major prime contractors in the sector.

I now focus on coaching and managing RPOs, ensuring they integrate smoothly into our partners’ teams and deliver consistently.

I keep a close eye on market shifts, new hiring patterns, and industry changes, and I continuously adapt my skills to stay relevant in a fast-evolving environment.

Having worked closely with leaders in the Space and Defense sectors, I understand the unique complexities of identifying talent within highly technical, regulated, and mission-driven environments. My background in international business and HR pushed me to rethink traditional recruitment and focus on more integrated, long-term solutions.

Today, I partner with Space and Defense organizations in France, Germany, Finland, and the UK to structure and scale cross-border hiring initiatives. I focus on evolving established hiring models through the deployment and coaching of Embedded RPO teams ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery for the most demanding, mission-critical programs.

Since 2016 we have been recruiting across the full Defense and Space ecosystem, working with companies in satellite propulsion, Earth observation, defense equipment, naval systems, and military communications, among others.
