Position Summary – Team Manager
As a Team Manager, you will oversee a team and take responsibility for all technical, human, administrative, and commercial aspects to achieve the company’s economic and business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead prospecting efforts, manage bids and tenders, present and defend our solutions to clients, and ensure sustainable growth of existing business;
- Define and implement appropriate technical and human resources, aligned with client requirements, and assess their performance;
- Optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, manage contractual relationships and subcontractors (budgets, productivity, service compliance, QHSE standards);
- Define projected needs (materials and personnel), develop and monitor operational budgets, and oversee service performance (contracts, inventory, scheduling, costs, etc.);
- Guarantee service quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to project timelines;
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reporting, KPIs), and ensure the team’s productivity aligns with company targets;
- Manage the team: support professional development, oversee planning, contribute to recruitment, and drive performance and cohesion.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level / Bac +5)
Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the telecoms or fiber optics sector
- Strong command of English
