For one of our client based in Paris that develop a SaaS to make the logistics experience more efficient, seamless, and rewarding for every link in the supply chain. Achieving this requires the integration and deployment of cutting-edge technologies — what we call Cloud Logistics.

They delivers unlimited omni-channel storage and transport capabilities, combined with the highest level of service and connectivity. Managing your physical products becomes as intuitive and streamlined as managing data in the cloud.

Integrated with over 60 logistics partners across Europe, our software simplifies collaboration, centralizes data, and provides real-time visibility over your warehouse inventory and product flows — no matter where they are in the world.

Job description

  • Defining the company’s technical strategy (technical watch, identifying new technologies)
  • Manage the technical team: recruiting, training and HR monitoring of the team’s developers.
  • Manage project production (planning, deadlines, budget, supervision)
  • Ensuring the quality of deliveries
  • Work closely with the business and product teams (market opportunity assessment, product idea proposals, partnerships), product idea proposals, partnerships)
  • Ensure data and software security
  • Hands on (development of features)

 

Preferred experience

Experience and expertise:

  • Mastery of the stack (or capable of developing skills of the stack)
  • Able to manage CI/CD
  • Experience of managing a team of at least 10 people
  • Experience of API integration with third-party services
  • Business/sector expertise :
  • Experience as a founder or C level
  • Experience in the logistics sector
  • Soft skills :
    Good leader and communicator
  • Comfortable in a hands-on CTO manager role
  • Someone focused on delivery, interested in business, able to ‘make the tech part explode’
