We are hiring for a company which is a pioneering space technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems for small satellites. They are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. Their clients across the US, Europe, and Asia trust us to design and deliver high-performance, precision-engineered propulsion systems that push technological boundaries while meeting demanding timelines and budgets. They made history in 2019 and 2020 with the world’s first in-orbit demonstrations of a unique state-of-the-art fueled electric propulsion systems. Today, they are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.

Your mission:

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer  to develop the advanced electronics and software powering of their propulsion systems. In this role, you will work on challenging problem, with complex electronic systems which require both high performance and exceptional reliability, all while operating in the extremes of the space environment.

As part of the Product Development Team, you are going to be at the intersection of cutting-edge research and mass production, transforming novel concepts into flight-ready systems that will shape the future of space propulsion. By joining them, you will be part of an international, collaborative, and creative team, that is passionate about developing our groundbreaking propulsion technology.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Create and refine advanced electronic hardware components, including PCB design, analogue and digital circuit development, and power management systems tailored for space propulsion applications.
  • Develop and execute rigorous testing procedures to validate hardware performance and reliability under extreme conditions.
  • Utilize laboratory equipment for troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing electronic systems.
  • Ensure electronics requirements are defined and properly followed, according to the global product design needs.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of hardware design processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices in the aerospace industry.

For more than ten years, I’ve been driven by one idea — the future of Space and Defense depends on the people behind it. My career began in technical recruitment, where I had the privilege to hire engineers designing cutting-edge systems for aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

Co-founding Demexios was a natural next step: a way to transform my industry knowledge and relationships into a dedicated structure that helps clients recruit faster, smarter, and with strategic alignment.
Over time, I built long-term partnerships with companies leading technological sovereignty — from NewSpace startups developing electric propulsion to defense integrators modernizing tactical and surveillance systems. These collaborations allowed me to form a powerful network of decision-makers, project leaders, and experts who now trust Demexios to deliver when precision truly matters.
Today, my role is not just to connect candidates and companies — it’s to ensure that every hire strengthens our clients projects.

I’ve built my career in sales and recruitment across several industries space, tech, healthcare, and defense. I’ve always been drawn to innovation and the talented people who turn ideas into reality. Over the years, I’ve learned how much a motivated and skilled team can define a company’s success and how the right people will shape the future of the New Space and defense industries.

My international background has allowed me to work with both startups and global organizations, helping them identify individuals who truly fit their culture and business goals. This combination of experience in technology and talent acquisition naturally led to the creation of Demexios.

At Demexios, our mission is simple: to connect experts with the companies that need their skills particularly in the defense and space sectors. I firmly believe that no ambitious project can succeed without a skilled and cohesive team driving it forward.

My commitment is to be a trusted partner for our clients, supporting them step by step in building strong, high-performing teams that deliver tangible results whether their ambitions lie on Earth or beyond.
